Why are clients work with you?

One of the most important reasons why our clients choose for us, is because they prefer to concentrate on their core business, while others feel that they do not have the  international knowledge or expertise. Other clients simply do not have the financial resources or the time to open offices overseas and yet they do want a sales and marketing effort in overseas markets.

Are we difficult to work with us?

No way! We believe in honesty, transparency and straight forwardness.  We work with small direct lines, one contact. We need of course your support, especially in the beginning  but with our long experience we adapt very easily in different management structures en cultures. 

How are we compensated?

Each partnership is different. Our agreement is suited to your needs and possibilities. However in general our compensation includes a retainer (monthly fee) and commission. The commission is based on the revenue. We believe we share the success and the risk!

What will you do for the retainer?

1. We organise training session for tour operators reservation staff and travel agents
2. We run sales missions all over the Netherlands & Belgium.
3. We work closely with key tour operators to increase market share through key account management and marketing activities
4. We act as an extension of your sales team and advise on sales strategies and marketing opportunities
5. We visit travel agents all over the Netherlands and Belgium (Flanders and Brussels)
6. We communicate with you on a regular basis and advise on market trends
7.  We compile competitor analysis and present them to our DMC's
8. We organize familiarization trips
9. We have a quality professional Instagram following and we will share updates on your company and destination #wecreatetravel #letsmice
10. We organize and participate in joint sales calls/dinners etc. with a preferred DMC, tourist board & airline
11. We can organize a trade and leisure client networking event for you, check out our event page on our website for recent events
12. We’re known for opening doors within selected corporations and Meetings, Incentive, Conference and Event suppliers.
13. We will deliver a minimum of 10 promos to our extensive database and 4 dedicated newsletter
