Villa Al Maamari – A Boutique Retreat in Suwaiq, Batinah Region
We are delighted to announce the official opening of Villa Al Maamari, our stylish private villa with swimming pool, for the 2025–2026 season. Designed as a boutique retreat, the villa offers warm Omani hospitality in a peaceful local neighbourhood, overlooking a charming nearby farm and located just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Muscat.

4 guest rooms:

Three beautifully designed rooms, each featuring two separate beds and a private bathroom
One spacious suite with a king-size bed and a sofa bed, suitable for up to two children under 12, also with a private bathroom

Own water well to support sustainable water use
Half-board options, freshly prepared by a dedicated Al Maamari Tours team member

Rooms can be booked individually on a half-board basis, or the entire villa can be reserved exclusively for guests seeking full privacy.
